In some way technology touches a part of everyone's life. For some, understanding and using technology comes naturally. Everyone else is somewhere between wanting nothing to do with it or wanting to learn more about it and how to use it. The problem is finding someone you can trust that will honestly help. The answer is simple, MY GEEK FRIEND. Our sole purpose is to educate you about technology with no strings attached.
Why you ask? Because technology can be very confusing to the laymen and we see people making basic mistakes all the time. These mistakes somtimes cost money and others times the security of your personal information. Over the last 20+ years we have made many of the same mistakes and asked them same questions you have. We feel the right thing to do is pass on what we have learned to others. NO games. NO gimicks. Nothing to sell.
Take some time and wander around our web site. Our software page has an extensive list of FREE software and tips that you should really check out. If you have any questions please feel free to send us an email. We will answer it as quick as we can.

It is our sole vision to be a trusted technology resource in the community that anyone can go to and feel confident they are getting honest answers that meet their individual technology needs.
We created www.mygeekfriend.org as a central repository of information that anyone can come to. Our software page is an extensive list of mostly FREE software that will prevent users and organizations from wasting dollars on yearly subscriptions they do not need to pay. In addition to our online resources we provide various training classes on how to use and protect your computer. We also mentor other charitable organizations with their technology decisions and help them find the best technology resources to fit their needs.
